Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and participating in trial preparation.
Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies and arguments.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and providing strategic advice.
Court Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings, including motions and trials, and effectively advocate on their behalf.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities; ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
