Reportingto the Director, Accounting ,MANSCAPED isseekinga Manager, Accounting to oversee core accounting operations, ensuringaccuratefinancial reporting, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and strong internal controls. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer goods environment and is passionate about building scalable processes.Youllmanage a small team, partner cross-functionally, and play a key role in month-end close, audits, and process improvements. Responsibilities

Manage various aspects of the monthly financial close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. Ensure deadlines are met and financial data is accurate and complete. Supervise, mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations, controls, compliance and mitigate risk. Collaborate cross-functionally to lead and influence accounting and finance related projects. Partner with Operations, IT, and other departments to support business goals and provide financial insights. Design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency. Identify and implement audit automation and efficiency improvements across accounting workflows. Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, helping to ensure timely completion of annual audits. Continued focus on improving financial and accounting systems by participating in system implementations and upgrades. Utilize NetSuite and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Varied special projects in reporting, ad hoc tasks, and on-going strategic initiatives. Other duties as required. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred Audit experience at Big 4 or large national/regional firm preferred 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in accounting leadership Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members, with direct supervisory responsibility Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments Advanced proficiencywith ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits
