Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant represents the EVP and SVPs in daily interactions, manages complex workflows, and anticipates business needs in a dynamic environment.
This position is based in our New York office with on-site expectations to support executive operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate daily schedules for the EVP and SVPs
- Arrange domestic travel, including itineraries, logistics, and executive briefings
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external inquiries; manage communications with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and format executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Operational Coordination:
- Support leadership meetings by developing agendas, distributing materials, capturing minutes, and driving follow-up actions
- Organize team events, offsites, and senior-level sessions across Corporate Strategy and partner business lines
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and assist with the execution of strategic initiatives
Administrative Management:
- Process expense reports, reconcile corporate card charges, and support budget tracking
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and correspondence
- Ensure proactive planning for recurring deliverables, business reviews, executive checkpoints, travel cycles, and operating rhythms
Relationship Management:
- Build strong working relationships across the enterprise, including Finance, Investor Relations, Business Strategy, and executive leadership offices
- Represent senior leadership with a high level of professionalism in interactions with internal stakeholders and external partners
This role resides within Strategy & Growth, a core organization responsible for shaping the firm's long-term direction and driving sustainable growth across all business lines. Strategy & Growth is comprised of three primary areas that work in close partnership to define strategy, enable execution and expand the firm's market position.
As part of the broader Strategy & Growth organization, this position plays a critical role within Corporate Strategy, the group responsible for setting long term direction, aligning enterprise priorities and advancing transformational initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably supporting EVP/SVP-level leaders
- Experience supporting complex calendars and senior-level travel arrangements
Core Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational abilities with consistent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven ability to demonstrate judgment, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior experience in financial services or corporate strategy environments
- Familiarity with executive reporting cycles, board-level presentation standards, and cross-functional project coordination
Pay Range: $34.56-$57.60/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
