experiences for a leading retail and ecommerce platform. In this role, you will collaborate with business, supply chain, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that optimize fulfillment operations and post-purchase client experiences across web, iOS, and Android applications. You will drive seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring a first-class, personalized experience for customers across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Support the overarching Omni Fulfillment strategy by identifying and prioritizing business needs and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in ecommerce. Collaborate with key stakeholders, balancing competing interests and aligning partners around a clear product vision. Work closely with other Product Managers to leverage best practices for the omni shopping journey across web and app, including projects impacting stores and cross-channel experiences. Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core supply chain and post-purchase projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals. Partner with internal supply chain teams to manage and optimize technical integrations (Commerce Tools, OMS, Narvar, Loqate, and 3PL systems) for seamless operations. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, external vendors, and business teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, monitor performance, and present metrics to senior management. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support. Develop business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support new features and gain stakeholder buy-in. Write user stories within an Agile framework, including clear acceptance criteria. Partner with A/B testing teams to design and execute experiments that improve client experience and financial outcomes. Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure success and inform data-driven decisions. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and training materials for smooth adoption of new tools and features. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership through presentations and written reports. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a test-and-learn environment and optimizing processes and tools.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in supply chain product management, with a track record of contributing to technical software projects throughout the development cycle. Domain expertise in ecommerce, post-purchase client experience, and backend supply chain systems (OMS, ecommerce platforms). Proven ability to identify business objectives, develop strategies, and make reliable decisions during execution. Experience in a multi-channel retail environment or customer-focused technology products. Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work cross-functionally. Self-driven professional who operates effectively without close supervision. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions and recommendations quickly. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with a strong bias for action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable influencing executive-level management. Experience with Agile product development and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, and other industry-standard tools.

Minimum Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required. 3–7 years of experience in product management with a successful history of launching highly effective products for large transactional websites or comparable experience in a related field. 3–7 years of consumer-based online experience preferred.
