Senior Solutions Engineer - Auth0 - Spanish speaking - Enterprise
Join PreSales Collective as a Senior Solutions Engineer, responsible for engaging Fortune 500 customers across Latin America to showcase Okta's Identity Platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with account executives to develop territory and account strategies.
Prepare and deliver product demos and technical proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) for complex use cases.
Conduct research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate business value of cloud technology solutions.
Craft technical content such as RFP responses, security questionnaires, product use‑case blogs, and concise documentation.
Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
Required Skills
5+ years pre‑sales engineering experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Background in Identity/Security is preferred.
Ability to travel within and outside the USA to Latin American countries.
Passion to serve customers, with previous consulting or support roles.
Excellent communication of complex technical concepts via presentations, slides and whiteboard sessions.
Hands‑on coding experience (web development JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks; mobile iOS/Android; backend Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby).
Experience with at least one network security protocol (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).
Understanding of core security concerns (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF).
Comfortable presenting to large expert audiences.
Typical travel 20–30%.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or 3+ years experience as a software developer.
Travel / Onboarding This role requires in‑person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.
Compensation Annual OTE range (excluding San Francisco Bay Area): $192,000 – $288,000 USD. Includes base salary, incentive compensation, equity (where applicable) and benefits.
