Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
Compensation: $150–215k + Equity + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
A high-growth, mission-driven tech company is seeking an accomplished
Senior People Operations Manager
to lead and elevate its global People Operations function. This is a critical role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and brings deep operational excellence to every facet of People Ops.
What You’ll Lead
International Employment Operations:
Oversee immigration processes (visas, green cards), assess global hiring risks, and guide compliant, strategic expansion.
Payroll Leadership:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision across all employee groups.
Compensation Operations:
Drive leveling, benchmarking, equity processes, performance reviews, and compensation cycle preparation.
Compliance & Audits:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain audit readiness and uphold internal policies.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee comprehensive benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Leave Management:
Define and administer leave policies (PTO, parental, medical) in alignment with applicable regulations.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Global Growth Initiatives:
Lead planning and launch of new international entities, including expansion into India, ensuring alignment with local labor, tax, and payroll standards.
Manager Enablement:
Build tools, playbooks, and guidance that empower managers to lead with clarity and impact.
Team Leadership:
Mentor a high-performing People Operations team to support organizational goals.
What You Bring
10+ years of HR operations experience in fast-paced, scaling tech environments
Experience with or exposure to India labor regulations is a strong advantage
Proven operational excellence and project management capability
High integrity and discretion with sensitive data
Ability to navigate competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong collaboration skills with executives and cross-functional leaders
Proficiency with HRIS tools (Rippling), ticketing systems (Serval), and cloud platforms like Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
Ability to work extensive overtime
