This role supports systems that power global trading and market operations, where reliability, automation, and low latency are paramount.
The Role You will help design, build, and support a
massive enterprise Linux environment
spanning
11,000+ servers across 100+ data centers . The infrastructure is a
hybrid of on-prem and cloud , with a strong emphasis on
automation-first operations . Roughly
50% of the role is focused on Python-based automation , improving stability, efficiency, and scalability in a high-availability environment. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot Linux systems in a large, mission-critical enterprise environment Develop and maintain automation using
Python, Ansible, Bash, and shell scripting Optimize system performance, reliability, and latency Manage configuration changes, system updates, and operational requests Partner with engineering teams to improve infrastructure tooling and processes Contribute to capacity planning and long-term infrastructure improvements Required Background 5+ years
of experience in
enterprise Linux environments Strong
on-prem Linux experience
(not cloud-only); comfortable in mixed environments Python automation expertise
(core requirement) Hands-on experience with
Ansible
