What Youll Be Doing As Lead Business Analyst: Lead financial planning and forecasting for assigned business units Develop models and tools that support performance tracking and financial decision making Analyze budget variances, revenue trends, and capital allocation opportunities Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial initiatives, risk assessment, and resource planning Provide recommendations using scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and trend forecasting Contribute to reporting enhancements and help implement best practices in FP&A
What You Bring As Lead Business Analyst: 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial strategy Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to present data to non finance audiences Experience working cross functionally with operational teams or department leaders Proficiency in financial systems, Excel, and business intelligence tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters preferred) Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
