Senior Financial Accountant
to join its
SEC Reporting, Consolidations, and Corporate Accounting
team. This role is part of a highly collaborative finance organization that supports complex global operations, ensuring high-quality and transparent financial reporting across the enterprise. Company is 1 day in office per week. Key Responsibilities Support the quarterly and annual SEC reporting process (10-Q and 10-K), including preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures. Partner cross-functionally with
Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and Audit
teams. Prepare and review journal entries, supporting schedules, reconciliations, and analytical reports. Support accounting areas such as
leases (ASC 842), derivatives and hedging, insurance, and intercompany transactions . Conduct research on complex accounting topics and assist with implementation of new standards or policies. Participate in special projects involving
technical accounting, process improvements, and system initiatives . Review
XBRL tagging
for accuracy and consistency. Complete U.S. Government and Census Bureau reporting requirements.
Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum
4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience Experience with an
SEC registrant
or public accounting firm Preferred: Active
CPA
or CPA eligibility Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical ability Experience with
ASC 842 , financial consolidations, or complex accounting transactions Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
