About the Role Were looking for a licensed Financial Advisor who is a confident closer, personable communicator, and natural relationship-builder. This position is ideal for an advisor who thrives in client meetings, can take qualified leads through a consultative process, and enjoys helping people make smart, informed financial decisions.
This is not a prospecting or cold-calling role
we provide qualified leads and established client relationships for you to meet with, advise, and close.
What Youll Do Meet with new and existing clients to present comprehensive retirement and investment strategies. Guide clients through financial planning, annuity discussions, and AUM opportunities. Use a consultative, education-first approach to help clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. Collaborate with our planning, operations, and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain and grow your assigned book of business with ongoing communication and follow-up. Stay current on financial products, market trends, and industry best practices. Participate in firm meetings, training, and ongoing development to strengthen your skill set.
What Were Looking For Licensed professional:Active Series 65and 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuities)required. Proven closer:Demonstrated success in guiding clients through to confident financial decisions. Knowledgeable:Strong understanding of annuities, IULs (Indexed Universal Life), and AUM management. Personable:Charismatic, articulate, and comfortable leading client conversations in person and over Zoom. Team player:Coachable, growth-minded, and willing to learn the Sandy Morris Financial process. Experienced but not overextended:Ideally 515 yearsof experience in financial advising or related roles. Driven to grow:Excited to be part of a dynamic, expanding firm with strong leadership and abundant client opportunities.
