lead them through decisions that actually change their retirement. Youll step into an established planning process with warm prospects who already know who we are. From there, youll: Guide pre-retirees and retirees through comprehensive planning conversations Build and manage strategies using

fee-based investments, fixed indexed annuities, and life insurance Translate complex financial decisions into clarity and confidence Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive reviews and planning adjustments Continue sharpening your skills through structured training, coaching, and real-time feedback

What You Get (Up Front) Base Salary:

$70,000

$120,000 Plus:

Percentage of revenue you generate for the firm Inbound Demand:
