Base Salary: $80,000$120,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Your Role in the Market As the Lead Advisor for Cartersville, you will: Serve as the

primary advisor

for new and existing clients in the region Conduct consultative, retirement-focused meetings with

warm, vetted prospects Design and implement holistic retirement strategies using AUM solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and income planning tools Convert high-intent prospects into long-term client relationships Provide ongoing guidance, reviews, and planning support to ensure strong retention and outcomes Educate clients clearly and confidently
