Operations & Business Development Manager
to work
directly with the CEO
and help scale the business.

Who This Is For 4+ years
of experience in federal consulting, operations, BD, or proposal support Familiarity with
federal contracting environments Highly organized, proactive, and trusted with sensitive information Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization Looking for visibility, ownership, and long-term career growth
