Operations & Business Development Manager
to work
directly with the CEO
and help scale the business. This is a

Operations
Own internal systems (SharePoint, HRIS, reporting, KPIs) Keep teams aligned, organized, and execution‑focused Prepare executive‑level reports and presentations Business Development
Research federal opportunities and upcoming recompetes Track pipelines, partners, and competitors Support capture planning and pre‑RFP engagement Contracts & Proposals
Coordinate, format, and support federal proposals Assist with narratives, resumes, and past performance Track deliverables, milestones, and compliance Who This Is For
4+ years
of experience in federal consulting, operations, BD, or proposal support Familiarity with
federal contracting environments Highly organized, proactive, and trusted with sensitive information Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization Looking for visibility, ownership, and long‑term career growth Six Figure base salary (DOE)
