Junior Advisor
Single-Family Office | Detroit, MI (Hybrid) Company Overview A private, single-family office in Detroit providing comprehensive wealth management, investment advisory, and lifestyle services to multigenerational families. The team is committed to collaboration, professional growth, and delivering best-in-class client service. Position Summary The Junior Advisor supports the delivery of integrated wealth management services and serves as a primary contact for select family members. The role provides guidance across investments, estate and tax planning, cash management, insurance, trusts, and broader personal financial matters. The Junior Advisor works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on investment strategy, estate and wealth transfer planning, income tax planning, risk management, philanthropy, trust administration, and financial education Prepare and present materials for client review meetings Coordinate with internal staff and external specialists as the strategic quarterback for client needs Oversee and direct all client activity within the family office and maintain clear communication across teams Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree;
CFP, CIMA, or CPA
preferred 58 years
of experience working with high-net-worth families or complex entity structures Highly organized, reliable, client-focused, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Work Schedule Full-time role,
8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m. ET , MondayFriday. Hybrid schedule available after 90 days; occasional off-hours work may be required.
