Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Finance Manager
based in Shreveport, LA. This role will oversee all financial operations with a strong focus on
cost and pricing analysis for sales deals , budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting executive decision-making by providing clear financial insights and strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities Lead cost and pricing analysis to ensure profitability on sales deals Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow operations Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide business strategy Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations Oversee tax preparation and liaise with external auditors Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives Partner with leadership and sales teams to structure deals and support growth strategies Provide financial advice and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications Strong expertise in financial analysis,
costing, and deal pricing Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Hands-on experience preparing financial statements and managing AP/AR Solid knowledge of compliance, tax preparation, and audit processes Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Proficiency with financial software, ERP, and advanced Excel Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred Previous experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
