$28-29/Hr Salary upon Conversion:
$60k (contingent upon experience)
Work from Home Policy:
On-site 5 days a week. Reliable transportation required for travel between sites. Standard hours are 8am-5pm Central. Work Environment/Culture:

Technical Support:
Troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Provide support directly to nurses, clinic staff, and doctors through ticket resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, working on-site with users IT Ticketing Systems:
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
