Agency Audit Manager

The
Agency Audit Manager
will be responsible for
reviewing agency processes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and assisting with quality control programs maintenance. processes and mitigating risk .
Responsibilities: The
Manager
will be responsible for: Conduct onsite evaluations of external partners to ensure adherence to operational standards and internal protocols. Support the design and execution of quality assurance reviews and compliance monitoring activities. Coordinate documentation, reporting, and scheduling across teams. Lead risk-based assessments, partner offboarding processes, and ensure proper handling of sensitive materials. Prepare internal reports and presentations to communicate findings and support decision-making. Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations highlighting risk findings, trends, and recommendations for process improvements
Skills/ Competencies: The ideal
Manager
will possess these skills: Bachelors degree 7+ years title industry experience; a real estate transactional background is a plus ALTA Best Practices, real estate closings, escrow and underwriting audits, and title insurance knowledge Strong communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail
Additional Details: Employment Type: Direct Hire
