The KXN is conducting a search for a full-time Paraplanner / Financial Advisor who will divide their responsibilities between paraplanning support and advisory work focused on growing their own book of business. Candidates must bring a minimum of $5MM in existing AUM.

A portion of the role will involve preparing and drafting comprehensive financial plans, while the majority of responsibilities will center on client relationship management, business development, and continued growth of their personal book. There will also be opportunities to inherit established client relationships over time.

This position is an excellent fit for an advisor with strong financial planning skills who is ready to deepen their client relationships, expand their practice, and continue contributing to the development of high-quality financial plans.

Key Responsibilities: Paraplanning (Part of Role) Draft comprehensive financial plans, including retirement projections, investment analysis, tax planning. Conduct research and prepare reports, illustrations, and planning deliverables. Support senior advisors by preparing for client meetings and completing follow-up tasks.

Advisory & Business Development (Majority of Role) Must bring a minimum of $5MM in existing AUM to the role, with opportunities to continue growing their book. The role includes potential opportunities to inherit a portion of the firms existing client book. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing ongoing advice and relationship management. Participate in prospecting activities, client onboarding, and client review meetings. Identify planning opportunities and deliver value-added recommendations to clients. Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or advisory work. Strong foundational knowledge in financial planning concepts (investments, retirement, insurance, taxes). Experience with planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, etc.) preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Additional Details Full-time W-2 position including benefits. Paraplanning will be a partial component of the role; the primary focus is advisory work and book growth.
