We are seeking a meticulous, organized and technologically savvy Paraplanner to serve as the operational anchor of the Client Advisory Team.

What You Will Do You will own the technical and operational side of the planning and administrative process, ensuring advisors can focus on strategy while you ensure the plan is executed flawlessly and on time.

Support the Planning Process:

Assist in generating planning reports, cash flow analyses, portfolio summaries, and scenario modeling under the direction of Advisors and Analysts. Data Integrity & Management:

Accurately input and maintain client financial data across Salesforce, Advyzon, and MoneyGuide Pro to ensure reporting accuracy. Retirement Plan Administration:

Handle data integrity for retirement plans (RPAG, Venrollment) and manage inquiries from plan sponsors and vendors. Meeting Preparation:

Prepare and assemble client meeting agendas, reports, and follow-up action items in accordance with established deadlines. Compliance & Records:

Ensure all client files and documentation are complete, compliant, and organized according to internal policies. Client Operations Support:

Serve as a point of contact for gathering essential client information and coordinating administrative requests. Take ownership of assigned tasks to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Advisory Team.

Required Qualifications Experience: 23 years of experience in financial services (Paraplanning, Client Service, Junior Advisor, or Operations). Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, RightCapital) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Fundamental understanding of 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plan structures. Detail-Oriented: You have a natural intolerance for errors and a commitment to data integrity. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable communicating professionally with successful business owners.

Preferred Qualifications FPQP (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional) designation. Experience with financial planning software (Holistiplan) or estate analysis tools (FP Alpha). Previous experience working specifically within an RIA environment.
