About the Opportunity
A high-growth, consumer-facing, multi-unit organization is seeking a
Manager of Corporate Finance
to support strategic decision-making focused on
top-line revenue growth . This role sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, and operations and will play a critical role in shaping pricing strategy, customer analytics, product performance, and loyalty economics.
Youll help build new analytical frameworks where few exist today, partnering closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive insights around customer behavior, promotions, pricing, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing and Data teams to analyze
customer behavior , including churn, frequency, loyalty participation, and promotional effectiveness. Build and refine
pricing models and sensitivity analyses
to evaluate growth vs. margin trade-offs. Perform
product- and menu-level performance analysis , identifying trends in mix, contribution margin, and customer demand. Support
loyalty program modeling , including points economics, discounts, and ROI analysis. Forecast demand for new product launches, promotions, and innovation initiatives in partnership with Operations and Supply Chain. Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes with a strong emphasis on revenue drivers and assumptions. Develop new analytical frameworks and models for previously undefined or ambiguous business questions. Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, or a similarly analytical role. Demonstrated experience focused on
top-line revenue growth , pricing, product analytics, or customer economics. Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; comfort working with large, imperfect datasets. Strong business judgment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior leadership.
Preferred Background Experience in
restaurants, multi-unit retail, consumer brands, or omni-channel businesses . Exposure to
loyalty program analytics , customer segmentation, or promotional modeling. Familiarity with enterprise planning tools and/or BI platforms. Working knowledge of SQL or ability to partner closely with data teams.
