Loan Servicing Analyst
to be based in
Brea, CA . The position is
100% onsite . The contracts duration is
12 months
with possible extension.

JOB DESCRITION:
Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues. Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors. Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting. Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.
SKILLS: Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services. Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
