Job Title: Loan Servicing Analyst
Location: Brea, CA 92821
Pay Rate: $45 - $47/hr on W2
Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Job Summary: Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues. Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors. Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting. Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.
Skills Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services. Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
