Full-time Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead client engagements, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic accounting practice. This leadership-track role is ideal for a technically strong tax professional who combines expertise in taxation with mentoring ability, business development skills, and a passion for building a growing practice. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review complex business, partnership, and individual tax engagements, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables. Provide proactive strategic tax planning and structuring guidance for closely held businesses, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients. Identify and pursue opportunities for new business with existing and prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Supervise, train, and mentor managers, seniors, and staff to develop technical and leadership skills. Collaborate with firm leadership to execute regional growth plans, expand service offerings, and enhance profitability. Contribute to process improvements, technology integration, and the implementation of firm best practices. Support clients with transactions, entity restructuring, and multi-state compliance. Qualifications: Active CPA license required. 812 years of progressive public accounting experience with deep expertise in taxation. Proven experience in client relationship management and business development. Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax law, including multi-state taxation. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for practice growth and mentorship.
