Position Overview:
The AssociateWealth Advisorposition will be responsible for serving, engaging, and retaining existing clients, as well as onboarding new clients.You will providewealth management and financial planning to our clients while cultivating new relationships.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66requiredfor this position.CFP preferred.
Compensationrange for this position is $140-175k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience.
Position Responsibilities: Meeting with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals. Listening to our clients needstodetermineoptions that align withtheirfinancial situations. Designing future-focused financial plans that incorporate investment, estate, tax, philanthropic, and risk planning. Increasing our clients confidence in their financial decisions through their relationship with our firm. Building in-depth knowledge of our product and service offering to clearly present options to prospective and existing clients. Understanding our ideal clients and how they both use and interact with our offerings. Generating new client relationships through lead follow-up, referrals, personal relationships, and strengthening relationships with our existing clients. Promoting the organization and its offerings both internally and externally.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencerequired. Minimum5years of experience in a client facing rolerequired. Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. FINRA Series 7, Series 66 required. CFP Professionals or progress toward preferred.
Skills & Knowledge Ability to work on a teamwhilealso takingindividual accountability for the success of your role. Flexibility to work in a hybridoffice-WFHenvironment. Previousexperience with high net worth or ultra-high net worth clients/families is preferred. Understanding of wealth management including fee-based consulting, portfolio construction,insuranceand financial planning. Experience utilizingeMoneyfinancial planning software. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-energy environment to manage multiple priorities. Eager learner. Adept at using technology to perform job functions more efficiently. Highly effective interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills.
Compensation: Compensationrange for this position is $125-160k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience. Package will include salary, benefits, 401(k) with Matching Contribution, and the potential for incentive compensation based on your personal goal achievement. Sponsorshipto become aCFP Professional.
