Were partnering with a privately backed, fast-growing retail business in the packaging industry that is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to oversee all finance and accounting operations.
The company has grown from 6 to 9 locations across Los Angeles and continues to expand sustainably with the support of a PE investor.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be both strategic and hands-onresponsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and providing key insights to drive decision-making and growth.
What Youll Do:
Lead all accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Partner with leadership on performance reporting and financial planning Work with external accountants, auditors, and investors Improve processes and systems as the business scales
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of accounting experience (multi-location or retail a plus) Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical mindset Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a growing environment Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
