Plan, organize, and direct all consumer lending and servicing activities; develop lending policies, procedures, and marketing plans. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise lending staff, fostering a member-focused, team-oriented environment. Loan Oversight:
Supervise loan processing, underwriting, approvals/denials, collections, and management of repossessed assets. Compliance & Risk:
Ensure adherence to federal/state lending laws, regulations, and internal controls; coordinate with examiners and auditors. Member & Product Focus:
Promote credit union products, cross-sell services, analyze market trends, and research new lending products. Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze data, forecast trends, and report on department performance to senior management.
