Job Overview: The Servicing Financial Advisor plays a critical role in supporting client relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional execution of administrative and client service tasks. This position focuses on servicing existing client accounts, managing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with operational processes to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for routine inquiries, account updates, and service requests. Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including account forms, applications, and compliance documentation. Manage client communications via email and phone. Coordinate account maintenance tasks such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems. Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to ensure smooth execution of client requests and account operations. Assist in preparing account summaries, reports, and other documentation for client meetings. Support compliance and regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and timely submissions.

Qualifications: Must hold active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. CFP designation preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Self-motivated.
