Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale data migration initiatives into a modern, cloud-native data ecosystem. This role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive complex programs from planning through execution while maintaining data integrity and governance standards. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale data conversion and migration initiatives into an enterprise data ecosystem Design and maintain detailed technical architectures aligned with scalable, secure, cloud-native principles Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact execution Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to senior stakeholders Drive Agile delivery using tools such as JIRA and Confluence for planning, tracking, and documentation Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the project lifecycle Ensure business logic, data quality, and integrity are preserved during data migrations Own program delivery outcomes, timelines, and governance compliance Rapidly ramp up on new systems and technologies to support migration efforts Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth transitions Support cloud-based design, migration, and post-migration operations (AWS preferred) Required Qualifications Strong experience leading large-scale data migration or data conversion programs Proven technical program management expertise, including planning, prioritization, and execution Hands-on experience working in Agile environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams Domain knowledge in collections, recoveries, or related data-driven business areas Cloud-native experience, preferably with AWS Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles Preferred Qualifications Experience with API-based integrations Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures

Location:

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $90,440

$101,250 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
