Licensing: Active NMLS license in good standing in Idaho. Candidates awaiting licensure or unlicensed will not be considered. Production Volume: Closed a verifiable minimum of $500,000/month in loan volume ($6M+ annually) in the last 12 months. Source of Business: Must be a 100% self-generating Loan Officer with an established, active referral network. Leads are not provided . Experience: Minimum of 3+ years continuous, verifiable origination experience .
