Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute
M&A transactions
from start to finish, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations. Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic insights and transaction support. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the platform. Qualifications: Extensive M&A experience
with a proven track record of
closed transactions
(technology sector experience strongly preferred). 3-5+ years of investment banking experience at a reputable firm. Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities. Ability to thrive in a
lean team environment
and take ownership of complex projects.
