Key Responsibilities Accounting Management : Oversee general ledger activities, financial reporting, and reconciliations using Finacle software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards. Payroll Administration : Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including employee compensation, tax withholdings, and benefits, utilizing Finacles payroll modules. New Hire Budgeting : Develop and manage budgets for new hires, including salary projections, onboarding costs, and resource allocation, aligning with organizational goals. Exchange Rate Management : Monitor, analyze, and apply exchange rates for multi-currency transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgeting for international operations. Perform calculations for currency conversions and hedge against exchange rate risks. Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, incorporating exchange rate impacts to optimize resource allocation. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements, including those related to foreign currency transactions. Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor the accounting and payroll team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with HR, senior management, and external auditors to align financial strategies, including those impacted by exchange rate fluctuations, with organizational needs. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3 years in financial management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Finacle software for accounting, payroll, and multi-currency transactions. Exchange Rate Expertise : Demonstrated ability to calculate and apply exchange rates for financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management in international operations. Technical Skills :

Accounting, payroll, and multi-currency modules. Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are advantageous. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze financial data, including exchange rate impacts, to generate actionable insights and accurate forecasts. Leadership : Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and preforming work yourself in a fast-paced, global environment. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and exchange rate concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of tax regulations, and financial compliance standards, including those for international transactions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in new hire budgeting and workforce planning. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional payroll, tax compliance, risk mitigation strategies.
