Description Job Description: Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing vital support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with event planning and meeting coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Google Workspace Certification
