Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tampa, Florida. - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate and secure document storage.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel to meet organizational standards.
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion of records.
- Handle inbound calls and provide clear, effective communication to address inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support busy schedules, particularly on high-volume days like Mondays and Fridays.
- Utilize client-specific software to manage and reference documents, ensuring adherence to organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain a well-functioning workspace.
