Client Partner
to manage strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth through the delivery of IT services and solutions. The Client Partner will act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with clients while aligning our services with their business goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships. Understand client business strategies, IT landscapes, and challenges to propose tailored solutions. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts. Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure service excellence. Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and support proposal development. Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and market trends. Develop account plans, forecasts, and periodic performance reports. Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and strategic reviews. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in IT services or consulting. Proven track record of account growth and client relationship management. Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., cloud, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise clients in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
