What You'll Do: Provide architecture support and act as a trusted advisor to clients and delivery teams. Design and integrate Appian solutions into client architectures, ensuring scalability and performance. Mentor teams on best practices and improve internal processes. Who You'll Be Collaborating With: Led by experienced Appian alumni, our team is diverse and enthusiastic, dedicated to delivering mission-critical solutions. What You'll Be Working On: Guide clients on architecture design, integration, and scalability. Work with enterprise architecture teams to develop tailored solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable and performant. Evaluate emerging technologies and create best practices documentation. Support internal solutions and mentor team members. How You'll Excel In Your Role: 4+ years of Appian experience and 5+ years in IT. Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field. Active Appian Lead Certification. Experience with Agile, database design, and cloud platforms. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in teams. This is a hybrid position (on-site in McLean VA or remote). Must be a U.S. citizen with an active clearance or eligible to obtain one. Required Technologies: RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), Authentication (SAML, LDAP, OAuth), Web services, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Source Control (Git, SVN). Preferred Skills: Programming (Java, C++, Python), Data visualization, DevSecOps, AI/ML, Networking, Application Servers, Operating Systems.
