This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Brand Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of global brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about creating innovative marketing programs that drive brand visibility and engagement. Our Ideal Candidate

3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with consumer-facing or category-leading brands

Passion for culture, music, sports, fashion, or entertainment, with a strong foundation in integrated marketing

Proficient in Keynote and project management tools, with strong communication and organizational skills

Familiar with go-to-market strategies, brand partnerships, and campaign planning

Skilled in collaborating with internal teams such as media, social, digital, PR, sales, and creative, as well as external partners

Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a high-pressure environment

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and business needs

Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail

Self-starter with a curious mindset and proactive problem-solving approach

Job Description In this role, you will support the execution of global brand marketing campaigns for high-profile product launches and collaborations. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and campaign briefs, leveraging market and consumer insights to inform execution. This includes writing creative briefs, building presentations, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and preparing campaign recaps. You will also contribute to the overall success of the brand team by supporting administrative tasks, maintaining trackers, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Background in brand marketing, advertising, or integrated campaign management

Preferred experience working with lifestyle or consumer brands

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days/week on-site)

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from

$52.00 - $56.50

per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
