What You’ll Do: As our Director of Business Development, you'll represent our PSN brand to current and potential clients to provide tailored Staffing & Recruiting solutions. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to develop winning strategies, grow key accounts, and expand our reach in the market. Drive new business by building relationships with local companies Grow and manage existing client accounts provided by PSN Partner with recruiters to match top talent with open roles Leverage job boards and social media for outreach and ad placement Follow up on warm leads provided by our internal team Create email marketing campaigns tailored to different industries Stay informed about our most placeable candidates to offer top-tier talent to clients Keep communication flowing between clients and internal teams Experience We Are Seeking: 4+ years of proven success in staffing/recruiting sales Solid knowledge of the NJ/NY client landscape (preferred) Comfortable with technology and active on social media Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) A great sense of humor—because let’s face it, we love to work hard and laugh harder Established industry contacts are a big plus What’s In It for You: Competitive base salary +
