Civil Engineering Project Manager
We are seeking Civil Engineering Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support ongoing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is an in-office position located in Chantilly, VA. Key Responsibilities:
Lead project design and development from concept through construction. Oversee preparation of CAD drawings, grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway design. Manage erosion & sediment control plans and stormwater management (SWM) design. Coordinate with engineers, county officials, clients, and review agencies. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. 5+ years of civil engineering experience in Northern Virginia land development. Strong knowledge of design standards for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. EIT preferred; PE licensure is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and leadership skills. Benefits:
