AgencyQ is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and establish new business opportunities in the Government sector. You will source prospective clients who can benefit from AgencyQ’s capabilities. Responsibilities
Develop new business in the government sector leveraging the GSA MAS. Build partnerships with government contractors to access new business. Use consultative sales to build strong relationships. Lead capture teams to secure government contracts. Identify and pursue government RFPs. Guide marketing materials and thought leadership for government audiences. Represent AgencyQ at events and meetings. Participate in sales meetings and update CRM. Maintain expertise on services and government landscape. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 5 years of Federal Government business capture experience. Experience selling to the public sector and writing proposals. Track record of winning government work. Understanding of FAR and government procurement. Knowledge of government digital platforms and UX. Excellent communication skills. Behavioral Competencies
Passion for user-centered design and human experience. Ownership and commitment to solving customer problems. Collaborative leadership and idea sharing. Ability to drive vision and push boundaries.
