Morning Shift: 7am-330pm Monday-Saturday (Sat is Mandatory)
Night Shift: 5pm-130am Monday-Friday
330pm-Midnight Saturday (Mandatory)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Operator to join our team. As an Industrial Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Responsibilities: Operate industrial machinery including but not limited to: lathes, drills, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines. Set up machinery according to specifications and production requirements. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions or abnormalities. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Qualifications
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an Industrial Machine Operator or similar role. Proficiency in operating a variety of industrial machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Preferred qualifications: Vocational training or certification in machine operation or a related field. Previous experience with specific types of machinery relevant to the industry. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial setting.
