Senior Asset Manager The Senior Multifamily Asset Manager will provide operational and financial oversight for a portfolio of 10+ Class B & C multifamily properties. The role focuses on leading operational strategies to improve NOI, optimize tenant retention, oversee leasing, and execute value-add renovations. The Senior Asset Manager will work closely with property management teams, construction teams, and senior leadership to ensure that each property maximizes operational performance. Company Info:
Vertically integrated real estate firm that focuses on acquiring multifamily apartment communities. Currently, the company owns/operates 20+ properties totaling 6,000 units in the DFW area. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, specifically with Class B & C properties (value-add). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to clearly convey complex financial information to various stakeholders, tenants, and team members. Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability. Must be able to utilize data and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for asset optimization. Strategic Vision: Develop and execute long-term asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex financial concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders. Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve asset management objectives.
