IDEAL PROFILE (AVATAR) Senior accounting leader with
8+ years experience ,
3+ years leadership Expertise in
AR, AP, GL, Cash, and month-end close Proven experience closing books in
7 days CPA preferred ; public company experience strongly preferred Experience in
multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred Stable employment history (no frequent moves)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead teams across
AR, AP, GL, and Cash operations Own
end-to-end monthly close , reconciliations, and close governance Maintain strong
internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness Oversee
cash operations , store reconciliations, and cash pickups Serve as
finance systems owner , drive automation, and standardization Manage
tax compliance
and external accounting partners Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and Operations
