brick-and-mortar, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or entertainment Deep understanding of
unit economics, inventory, headcount, and cash deposits Executive-minded, decisive, proactive, and outward-facing leader Stable career history (no job hopping) Experience in multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments - preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead
strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans Own
financial models, scenario analysis, ROI, and unit economics Build, mentor, and lead the FP&A team with clear accountability Partner cross-functionally to align financial strategy with operations Support
capital planning, cash flow strategy, M&A, and investor needs Drive
systems implementation, automation, and scalable FP&A processes
