Administrative Assistant

Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize time management.
Draft and respond to email correspondence in a timely and thorough manner.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Support team operations by handling general administrative duties and assisting with project coordination.
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
