Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our club. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including registering members for events and assisting in the registration process, ensuring the member website is up to date, maintaining records, and handling general office duties.
  • Assist in the setting up and execution of club events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests.
  • Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities, special events, and member services.
  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities, programs, and events.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 35 years' experience in administrative roles, hospitality, and event coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
  • A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This full-time position reports to the Director of Membership Operations, and operates in a professional office environment in Napa, California.
