Position Summary
Please join our team at Eventus WholeHealth as a physician at an innovative state‑of‑the‑art practice where you can earn up to $400,000 in a private practice setting. Work in community settings including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers along with interdisciplinary partners.

Responsibilities
Provide primary‑care services according to Eventus WholeHealth site‑specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long‑term care facility work.
Review and sign MARs as requested, sign orders specific to a supervising physician at the facility, and manage all scheduled medication prescriptions per the Scheduled Medication Rx Policy.
Conduct visits with adequate time for paperwork and administrative duties.
Manage system integration, attend care‑plan, QA/PI meetings as requested by facility or supervisor.
Be available to the facilities between 8 AM and 5 PM on scheduled days of work; on‑call duties and triage policies may be modified as updated.
Submit copies of documentation and billing records to Eventus WholeHealth in accordance with billing schedules.
Maintain open and positive communication with facility staff and administration.
Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, procedures, and all legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA, CPT coding guidelines, and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications / Education
Licensed MD or DO
3 years of experience in long‑term care/geriatric care preferred
AMDA certification a plus but not mandatory
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
