What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, build, and improve backend and full-stack systems for the post-booking experience
Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic for complex customer journeys
Partner with product, design, AI, and operations teams to streamline customer experiences
Integrate with external systems to support both internal use cases and partner deployments
Own features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, and monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
Strong technical background in frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems
Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
Familiarity with building customer service, CRM, telephony, or workflow automation tools
Knowledge of React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks for full-stack contributions
Experience integrating with external systems such as telephony APIs or CRMs
Understanding of travel industry technologies (PSS/GDS, hotel PMS/CRS)
