What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design, build, and improve backend and/or full‑stack systems that power customer self‑serve flows and internal agent tools
Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic for complex post‑booking journeys
Collaborate with product, design, AI, and operations teams to streamline customer experiences and enhance agent efficiency
Integrate with external systems to support both internal use cases and partner deployments
Own features end‑to‑end, from technical design through implementation and monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with large‑scale distributed systems or customer‑facing applications
Strong technical background in modern frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event‑driven systems
Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
Background in building customer service, CRM, telephony, contact center, or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks for full‑stack contributions
Experience integrating with external systems such as telephony APIs or payment gateways
Knowledge of travel industry technologies (PSS/GDS, hotel PMS/CRS) is a plus
