We are looking for a
Territory Sales Representative
to join our Oil & Gas team, someone who can not only
hunt for new opportunities
but also
build lasting relationships
by delivering practical, technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work with existing clients to expand their share while exploring new business opportunities, becoming the trusted advisor they rely on when decisions need to be made.

This is a field-based role, primarily on the road within your territory, with occasional visits to our office for monthly meetings and customer appointments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through a combination of existing account expansion and new business development
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor
Identify customer challenges and recommend customized product or process solutions
Prospect and qualify new accounts through on-site visits, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Conduct in-person sales meetings, plant visits, and product presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless solution delivery
Develop territory plans, manage pipeline activity, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, Technical, or related field preferred)
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or technical products
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, applications, and customer processes
Consultative selling approach with excellent problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the territory

Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
